Come see and hear the lovely birds migrating through Central Park, rated one of the 10 best places in the US to view migrating birds. Participants can hope to see some warblers, small, colorful, tropical birds that come from Central and South America to nest in their ancestral home up north. Binoculars are required, as they will greatly enhance your experience. Please note that this group will be walking or standing for two hours, on mostly flat trails, with some steps and occasionally uneven ground. Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan suggests you wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the cooler morning weather. Wear a hat for the sun, and please bring water as well. This group will be following all safety protocols, please wear a mask. (Rain date: Thu, May 27, 8-10 am)
