At the age of 98 DOROT’s very own Fran Handman will be joining to share two of her original short plays The Sticking Point and She Wanted Points.
Fran Handman began her career in theatre as a singer/actress in plays and musicals in the US & Canada. She is actively engaged in her workshop groups, The American Renaissance Theater Company and The Playwrights Circle Workshop. In 2020 her monologue, The Sticking Point, won the August van der Becq award. In March of 2021, a collection of 5 short plays by Fran were produced for the public by ARTC on Zoom.
