What do Jewish, Christian and Muslim artists talk about when they talk about ‘Genesis’?
Ms. Verwer will discuss and show multi-cultural artwork from a variety of artists utilizing multiple mediums. All of the art presented depicts the artist’s interpretation of The Story of Creation.
Yona Verwer is the Founding Director, Jewish ART Salon. JAS was established in 2008 and is based in New York City. This non-profit institution has a hub of contemporary artists and art professionals. These lasting partnerships with the international art community and other faith communities provide important programs and resources for its members and the general public.
