Practice gentle stretching techniques to improve flexibility, dexterity, and overall muscle strength. This class is designed to bring attention to your breath and alignment and focuses on emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration. Led by Charles Markham, BA Choreography.

Charles Markham

Charles Markham is a graduate of Goucher College in Baltimore, MD with a B.A in Dance with a concentration in arts administration and choreography. While at Goucher he had the privilege to work with guest artist such as Sean Curran, Jennifer Archibald, Nicholas Leichter, Constance Dinapoli of the Paul Taylor Company, Rodger Belman, and Doug Elkins. In the summer of 2012 Charles was lucky to study abroad in Edinburg, Scotland and London, England where he participated in the International Fringe Festival and trained at the Pinapple Studios and MiddleSex University.
