Our backs are well designed, but gravity, chairs, computers, and stress can all take their toll and cause back pain. In this workshop participants will do stretching and breathing exercises to relieve tension commonly held in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. In addition, you will do postures to strengthen and support healthy alignment. You will find out how you can take good care of your back in your daily life.
