Breathe & Balance with Kate

Based on Alexander Technique principles, this class will help you move with ease! Through simple guided exercises including three-dimensional breathing, you’ll increase freedom within your joints and gain a sense of grounded yet suspended support. Movements may be drawn from dance technique, yoga and bartenieff fundamentals. Led by Kate Martell, BA, Dance and Education, Goucher College and MFA, Performing Arts, University of Wisconsin.
